Love this little brush! I purchased it because I started blending a lip liner and balm to dilute the color, and it’s perfect to just throw in my tiny purse makeup bag. The lid did throw me off at first; you need to put it all the way on the back of the pen in order to push the brush out! The brush is super soft, a good thickness, and has a great shape to help define the lips! It’s super easy to use and hold, and applies the product well. Would recommend!

Very nice sleek retractable lip brush. Good quality, good bristles, and great size for travel or to keep in makeup bag. Bought it for my niece and was tempted to keep for myself.

Nice little brush, firm, great alternative to my old Sephora retractable that’s no longer being made. Very happy with it. Tried a few other retractables but they weren’t any good. This does have a lid that you then put on the base which serves to push up the brush. It’s like a retractable with a lid! I would but again and recommend.

I’m surprised this lip brush received as many glowing reviews as it did, it didn’t work for me. At all. Removing the cap and placing it over the bottom end of this retractable brush is what pushes the brush out. Simple enough. However the only way I could keep my brush from slipping right back into the case, was to keep tension at the edge of the outer cap while holding the part of the case containing the brush head... essentially forcing it to hold the end up. Unfortunately having to do that makes it impossible to hold the brush naturally (as you would, say, a pencil), and therefore detailed work like applying lipstick becomes more cumbersome. Additionally, from one attempt at trying to use the brush, the outer cap which pushes the brush out had made a chipped/black ring around the “gold” colored case. It looked awful. I definitely expect clear and obvious wear from a >$10 item, just not within 15 seconds of removing it from the box. Finally, the bristles were poor quality (even at this low price) and just didn’t work effectively unless the objective was to scratch and irritate my lips instead of apply lipstick. I truly didn’t have high expectations for an inexpensive, low-tech item such as lipstick brush... but for it not work at all? From the first moment I removed it from the box? It’s a bit disappointing. I order hundreds of items from Amazon yearly and very rarely do I return anything... even when I’m not 100% pleased... and especially at a price point this low... but I’m making an exception for this brush.

I was very happy when I got this! Perfect size for travel but not too small that it gets lost in my makeup bag. I love the shiny gold tone! Just the right tone, not too yellow or pale. Bristles are soft, hold their shape well and do an excellent job with blending when needed.

Pretty ,but will not stay open….have to hold it open, brush needs to lock in place when in use.
