I chose this primarily because it provides 600 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid along with several other ingredients in one formula, rather than having to buy and take multiple separate supplements. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced an unpleasant aftertaste or stomach upset. I also appreciate getting 120 capsules in the bottle. I don’t expect any supplement to produce dramatic results overnight, so I think giving it time and taking it consistently is important. So far, I’m pleased with the formula and have had a good experience with it.

This works very well and fast. The pill size is easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. There are no side effects, except that if you're a diabetic, it does increase your blood sugar levels slightly (consult your doctor before taking any medicine or supplement). It lasts a long time and is money well spent.

I've been using this product, Neuropathy Support 1200, for only a couple of days so can't say with absolute certainty that it is helping. A few days prior to ordering it, I developed tightness and pain in the lower back which only got worse, spreading downward affecting my left leg. Sciatica, maybe, or some other pinched nerve, probably due to some excessive heavy yard work. Had this issue before but not recently. Within two days I was in screaming pain and regular pain killers weren't helping. Got so I was actually shaking with pain. At about 3 a.m., I got on the computer and began scanning Amazon for anything that might provide relief. Did a bunch of other research at the same time. I looked at several different products and settled on this one oddly enough because it was among the more expensive. I reasoned that anything too inexpensive would also be cheaply made and not worth the money at any price. And I desperately needed this stuff to work. Anyway, two days in and my pain is less. My back has loosened up again although the leg -- particularly the knee -- remains tight and painful. I can remain on my feet longer, actually moving around again without feeling like I am going to pass out. Oh, for those who have difficulty swallowing, these are larger gel capsules but they go down okay. Six a day is required, three in the morning and three in the afternoon. No taste to speak of. I am giving this product 4 stars for the moment. Time will tell if it deserves a full five.

I just ordered my 3 rd bottle after taking Nuturna nerve support for approximately 3 months. I have had neuropathy, without diabetes in my feet and lower legs for the past year and a half... I would wake with terrible pains in my legs, bad enough to wake me from a deep sleep, the pain got so bad that I wanted to cry. In fact, I did, quite a lot... Neuropathy is not pleasant! and only someone who suffers from it truly knows how horrible it is and life-changing... I noticed improvements shortly after starting Nuturna maximum strength support, and yesterday was my first day and night with no pain, also my feet no longer feel like they are filled with concrete when I get up in the morning. So to say I am happy is putting it mildly :-) haha When you look at the ingredients it is easy to see why it works so well, I would classify myself as quite expert on neuropathy and nerve pain now, I took the time to see what was out there, what ingredients worked and what dosage I should take... I am a church-going trusting person, but when it comes to what I put in my mouth I want the facts, that's it, So when nuturna said I should be taking 600 mg of ALA I checked, simple as that... I am happy to say they are correct, in fact for some people nuturna my be too powerful, you might need to start on a smaller or half dose. when you find something that helps, you stick with, it changed my life and I hope it will for you too :-)))))

I brought some of this stuff and it made me feel bad. It really missed with my nervous system and made right leg have pain that I don't usually had. I guess I was allergic to in some way. I had been buying nuturuia and it had pea 600mg and r alpha lip pic 300mg but definitely they discontinued it. What I have experience if the product doesn't have pea 600 mg and r alpha lipoic don't buy or you might have bad reaction as I did. So not worth it. I'm using Scaita max works great and as far as I'm concern it's so worth it with those two ingredients

This is now my second review of this product. Initially, after a very short time, I had stated I was already very optimistic. I’m back to say, I’m sure not disappointed!! I have had some profound changes in 4 1/2 weeks time. I had been experiencing bad pain and cramping, that would jolt me out of a sound sleep. Within a really quick amount of time, that part resolved completely!! The second issues I had had were tingling and pain in my feet, though that pain was never extreme. Already, the pain is much more sporadic, and when it does come, it is way less. The tingling is also improving. The results I am experiencing, personally, are very impressive, so I continue to be very optimistic that these positive results will continue. This is the kind of result I had to experience myself to fully believe...but I AM a believer, and WILL continue to order this product. I know this is long, but it’s important to share: I am now also using their Diabetic Formula supplement. I have used for a shorter amount of time, but when I had my labs done at the Dr. last Friday, he came in with my results, and asked what I’m doing different? I shared a few dietary changes, and the addition of these supplements. It is documented in my medical record that my a.1.c. had been at a horrible 12.5!!! Last Friday it was already 8.1 !! Yes, that’s still too high, but that is a marked improvement, and I believe for the change to be that significant, it HAD to be a combination of the small dietary AND the supplements. I’m SOLD!!

I have suffered for years with nerve pain in my feet and legs, if you have suffered or suffer you know how horrible it is, how it affects every part of your life, so to find something that helps like this is an answer to my prayers. One of the main reasons was that it included 600mg of ALA, which i had heard about before and knew it helped, I even bought some of the other supplements because they included it. The 600mg was news to me, however and the 10 science backed other ingredients, but let's be honest, nothing makes it disappear overnight and if they promise that, Beware, Nuturna is different, it's about relief and recovery. I feel it works better than any other supplement i have taken. A gradual improvement every week and That gives me hope.Nerves take time to recover. simple as that, but i feel Nuturna is healing my body. One look at the ingredient list and you will see why. It included everything your body needs to recover from nerve damage... not just the extensive list but also the quantity of each ingredient is what matters... I am happy i found Nuturna and i think you will too :-) it has given me hope for the future.

After finishing 60 capsules, I noticed some improvement from the onset of the tickling and the feeling of crawling ants; they were reduced by a 3rd. I ordered another bottle with the hope that with it, the nerve ailment would be totally eliminated or close to it.
