This is the type of hardcore protein supplement which built the heavy duty powerhouses of yesteryear such as Reg Park and other strongmen who had muscles to go, not just for show. This low cost, high quality powder blends well, digests easily and the strawberry flavour is highly palatable. Train hard, eat clean and ingest plenty of protein ... grow like a weed ! Always worth adding a few drops of olive oil to the powder to aid absorbtion when blending.
