Yes, the fat content is high. I only eat a few at any one time. They are good.

Are these deep fried?

I checked the description on Amazon and it says that it is fried with non hydrogenetade canola oil.

The description says 3 lbs. But the package in the pictures say 100 grams which equals .22 lbs. That's not even a quarter lb. So how much is it?
