Runs big.
I liked that it’s a strong and well made product. However, I had ordered a large for a 300 lb. (bottom heavy) client but it was too big. I had to return it. I then ordered a medium which was a perfect fit.

There should also be a smaller size.
This divided leg sling is much, much, much to large. Didn’t even have to try it, can see that it only will fit a very large person. It states that it will fit up to 450 lbs but actually it will only fit a 450 lbs person because any size person below that weight it will swallowthem up. You only has medium or large.
