What a quality tool !! I'm no pro but I have handled many knives in every price range and I have to say this knife offers one of the best bangs for your buck out there. Unboxing this rascal was a pleasure itself but when I took the handle in my hand it immediately felt like an extension of me. The blade came scary sharp and continues to hold an edge contrary to reviews I've read regarding its Rockwell rating. This knife is well balanced with the perfect amount of heft that proves to provide a stable platform for chopping,dicing,slicing etc.. My opinion is that this knife is perfect for all the duties it is intended for weather you are a professional or a Youtube certified professional (i.e. home chef) this a great value and perfect addition to any cutlery set. Unless you have little tiny rat claws for hands this knife is one of the best I have handled at any price point and if do not prefer a European style knife well the seller also offers several options esp in the Japanese style..Just buy the damn thing it will not disappoint unless you are one these people who are overly and unjustifiably critical of everything in which case you should spend thousands on a cutlery you probably cannot wield anyway. I LOVE THIS KNIFE and I think you will too.

5. Amazing knife. My main knife in the kitchen is a Chef's knife. Due to the good reviews this one got, my girlfriend purchased this one for me. I've even used it for mincing garlic, onions and other produce and I have to say this knife has been flawless. Great buy on her part! :)

I bought this knife for my new kitchen, I really like it. Very sharp and light. I bought a second set as gift for my friend who’s a private kitchen chef.

What a ripoff. Don't wast your effort ordering this fake knockoff. Will be going back tomorrow. Dalstrong much better for the money. Amazon will accept crap now so be very cautious of what may seem a good deal.

Das war schon das zweite Messer, das ich bestellt habe. Beide Male war es ein Geschenk für meinen Mann und der ist begeistert. Die Messer liegen gut in der Hand und sind richtig schön scharf. Selbst etwas ältere und weiche Tomaten lassen sich erstaunlich einfach und präzise schneiden. Das dritte Messer aus der Serie wird bestimmt auch noch den Weg in unsere Küche finden!

Nada más recibirlo me puse a cocinar con él. Muy buena sensacion trabajar con él, corta sin problema todos los alimentos con los que he probado. Muy contento con el cuchillo llevaba tiempo queriendo un cuchillo de esta calidad.
