How do you switch from am to fm?

Press the power button to turn on, if FM comes up press the memory button and then the power button quickly again and it should switch to AM. Holding the button for too long will turn it off so only press for a few seconds

I misplaced instructions. How do I re-set the stations?

Long press & hold on 'M' button until display flashes to add current channel to your presets then quick press to select the channel and then press the M button again to save it. Once you have multiple channels saved just quick press the M button to switch among them. This should reset the ones you already have set!
