Outside in the heat? No way these ice packs are a joke. **Q: Is the volume of "liquid" in each of these small enough to carry on an airplane?** A: I'm not sure how much the liquid is in the chillers by volume, but I would guess that it is. Though I'm not sure what the rules are when it is in a frozen state since technically, it's no longer a liquid. You'd probably have to check with the TSA on that. **Q: Where are these made?** A: I have looked all over the ice pack and I could not find where it was made. There are things like :non toxic, do not put in dishwasher, wash only with soapy water. What I did not see was "Made in China". So I really don't know for sure. I have other ice packs that stated they were made in China, so maybe these are not.
