This pan is good for dosa making and we have been using it for a while now and the heat distribution is appropriate.

I tried the dosa as soon as i opened the package. It came out very nice and brown like I wanted.

Works for dosas, no sticking
This pan works to create thin dosas, good non-stick surface. No oil needed, just let it heat, then turn down heat and add batter. Need to be careful washing it - I hand wash it.
