We replaced a 3-hole faucet with a single hole model. Rather than using a big base plate to cover the remaining two holes, we installed a soap dispenser and this push button for the garbage disposer. Had to get a plumber to install it (just due to the limited work space and my lack of adequate tools) and then had to hire an electrician to wire this up, as my disposer had been direct wired to the hot with an under counter switch/interruptor. Therefore, I didn't have a receptacle to plug this into (nor a plug from the garbage disposer to plug into the box). So, it cost me some extra dough to get this properly installed, but we couldn't be happier with the product. Suggest you really assess your situation before ordering. If you don't already have an available hole in your counter top, then you'll have to take care of that first. If your disposer is direct wired and you don't have an electrical receptacle under your sink, you'll probably want to have a licensed electrician take care of hooking it up for you...unless you really know what you're doing. Overall, great product.

The BESTILL unit is half the cost of the InSinkerator branded model and provides the same functionality. Namely, a safe way to turn the disposal on in a wet location.Installation was straightforward -- the bulk of the challenge is drilling a clean hole in your countertop. The non-switched outlet is key if you want to add other appliances (like instant hot water) down the road.My only complaint was that the cord was too short to reach an outlet in a neighboring cabinet.

I used this switch for a used spa I had installed in my home. It was easy to install and works every time. I push the button once and the pump starts, when I push the button again the pump shuts off. Being an air switch there is no chance for a electrical shock.

The Sink Top Garbage Disposal Air Switch Kit came very quickly and matched the product description. There were no instruction on how to install the switch. If I did not already have a switch that I was replacing it would have been difficult to figure out how to install. Needs instructions to be included!

I'm so hestitant about this brushed brass color - when it's right, it's right, but when it's off - it's really bad! The color of this is perfect, matches the faucet, soap dispenser and pulls perfectly. It's beautiful, easy to install and is working well!

This was a replacement for a stainless button I had previously. This brass piece perfectly matches my brushed brass faucet and has a much heftier feel than the one that came with the house. It feels sturdy, works flawlessly and took all of 2 minutes to install. Exceeds all expectations.

I was hoping it would be a little closer to Delta quality. When I opened the box I thought it was plastic it was so thin. It is metal but very thin. If you're looking for a matte black to blend with updated fixtures this will work but won't wow you.
