My wife has difficulty walking and sitting in the car. Back problems. She's in a wheelchair and I have had difficulty transferring her from the wheelchair to the car. This item allows her to sit back into the car and swing around with her legs into the car. Very helpful.

We have leather bucket seats. My husband has a bit of weight on him. It doesnt always allow him to swivel. However, the cushion is great. Its thin enough he isnt hitting his head on the roof of the car but, gives cushion. I

Hard swivel mechanism very uncomfortable and threw my hip out. Good quality and workmanship but I cannot sit upon the hard mechanism.

I love it in my car, at first it slid a little and I had to a just it, but now it stays in place.

Bought first one 6 months ago and was pleased with how well it worked. However,Top and bottom pieces separated in a few months. They are held together with a minimal amount of stitching of the thinnest thread possible. Once they separate the product is in two separate pieces and useless. Bought a second one because I thought maybe it was just defective stitching. Second one separated the exact same way in less than 2 months. Seller will not acknowlege defective if over 30 days. BEWARE! Waste of money due to inferior design and shoddy workmanship.Only used on flat cushion of power wheelchair to ease dismounting from side.

It doesn't work well at all. The extra padding inhibits the movement of the swivel. Silly me, I figured the whole thing swiveled; it doesn't. I might as well have bought the regular size; at least you get what you expect. Too bad for me, I have a regular-size bum.

It's thin and very comfortable. It does not stick to leather, so need to adjust when getting.
