SimpleLife Hair Dryer Holder, Wall Mounted, Suction Cup, Tile, for Bathroom, 10.5" x 6" x 4"

I hung this on my bathroom mirror out of the way. Every now and again it falls off and I have to put it back up

Much smaller than it appears in the pictures but it serves its purpose. I did not trust the suction after reading the reviews and didn't want to drill into the wall so I used two Command hooks, 1 on each side. I have a 1 1/2 inch barrel curler, flat iron, combs & brush in the holes & 3 small round oil bottles on the small shelf. I'm leary about the weight of adding the blow dryer. It's been over a month of regular use and it is hanging with the Command hooks with no issues. I finally have no clutter along the side of my sink!

I bought to put inside my bathroom cabinet door, but didn't want to use screws, therefore the suction cup was a factor in my purchasing it. The installation instructions say not to use on wood or other porous material as it would fall off. I had a flat locker mirror that I used with 3m removeable hangers (12 lb) on the back of the mirror and affixed it to the inside of the cabinet door. Then I was able to put the holder onto the mirror with the suction cup. So far it seems to be holding. I gave it a 4 because I can only put my hairdryer in handle side down, not the blower side, because the suction cup knob that attaches to the hair dryer holder sticks out and stops the hairdryer from going in all the way. Just a little inconvenience, but it still works good. Nice to have the mess out of my drawer.

There weren't any directions, which you wouldn't think would be a big deal, but I managed to mount my sideways. To fix it I had to pull off the sticky (it isn't the gentle release, so some paint pulled off too) and rotate the mount 90 degrees. Of course, now the sticky has no stickiness and I have two extra holes in my wall. Thankfully, the mount covers up all the wall goobers. It was really easy to figure out the second time. (I hate how experience always comes after a mistake.)

As several reviewers mentioned, the adhesive patch or suction cup will not work on wood doors. i tried and the caddy fell shortly after. The cabinet doors were too thin to use screws. My solution was epoxy glue. It's been on the door for now 4 months and I can guaranty it's not going anywhere

This holder worked perfect for me because all I had to hang it on was mirrors. I have very little counter and cabinet space. The suction is perfect: It has NOT FALLEN AT ALL. The only downside and the reason for marking down one star was that the holes for the tools seem to be a bit on the smaller side. As you can see in the picture, the base of my heated hair drying brush did not fit through the opening but luckily the brush side did so I just flipped it. But that might not work for everyone. Beyond that I think it is very useful.

I needed to solve my storage problem and found this. Most of the other units were much larger and stuck out too far from the wall. This unit is compact, I have my curling iron, blow dryer and blowing brush dryer in this unit. As long as I turn the handles towards the wall, it works perfect. My husband stopped complaining about my taking up all the counter space. It has a kind of flimsy look, but we have been using this for 6+ months and it is very sturdy.

Directions were a little confusing at first until I got an email randomly about the installation. It was super easy if you look at the mail but could trip you up if you don't set the knob properly. I was able to fix it by looking at the email picture very easily - a not quicker than the first time around.

I would recommend if you’re going to stick it on, leave it to dry overnight before you put your hairdryer etc on
