Looking at the ingredients list what contains the Vit D?

Your best bet is to email the company in regards to ingredients (go on their website) . I did to confirm it was vegan. They got back to me very quickly and were very helpful.

How many should an adult take

Depends on what intake you wish to take of vitamin d, one per day is as standard.

Nrv for vit d is 5mcg which makes these 200% nrv not 100% as labelled? such an error on the label?

The current recommendations suggest consuming 400–800 IU (10–20 mcg) of vitamin D per day. However, people who need more vitamin D can safely consume 1,000–4,000 IU (25–100 mcg) daily. Therefore 5mcg is not 200%
