Excellent absorption, fast way to remediate spills. In our case, there was water coming in the basement door after a heavy rain had caused leaves to block the drain outside the door, and it spilled in. Right away, we used these cloths to absorb the water, and it kept the damage to a minimum. These are handy if you have kids, and open top cups with liquids as well. Super handy, super absorbent. Great value, and a good size too. Quality material that lasts.

I bought these to replace a pack that I used over many, many years. The coolest thing about them is their incredible ability to absorb large amounts of water. I had a carpet cleaning machine suddenly drop most of the water in it onto the rug. I ran and got a few of the ones I had and laid them over the puddle. They absorbed and I kept wringing them out. They saved the carpet. We've also used them when for travel. We like to travel with one suitcase each. We wash out undies and socks, roll them in one of these magic cloths and squeeze. They absorb so much water, that the laundry is always dry the next morning. I use them to pat food dry, especially meat that I want to brown. They work very well for drying all fruits and vegetables after washing. I bought my original set at a home show. The salesperson told me that they can be washed in hot water and even in a bleach wash, but DO NOT PUT THEM INTO THE DRYER. Over the years, a few went into the dryer, and they weakened and tore. Just hang them to dry; it all happens very fast.

Cut to the size you want for dish rags. They absorb well when wiping counters, not leaving a wet countertop. They do look a bit shabby sooner than I would like, but they still perform like a work horse! Wash and dryer. Maybe if I didn't put in the dryer they would look better, but that's being too picky!

when trader joes stopped selling their german shamy cloths was a dark day. Swedish don't compare. I tried others of the chamois variety but they were too thin and horrible colors. These are very good. Don't let the expense stop you. its a life time supply and the variety of colors means you could color code to use - like using the neon orange for rags and the pretty colors in the kitchen and have stocking stuffers in December. They are huge and you can easily cut them to just the size you want. They will shrink slightly on washing.

These cloths are very absorbent and large. They can be cut down to a preferred size. They are machine washable and very sturdy. Much better than flimsy polyester rags.

Was worried it was a bootleg shamwow because the texture looked wrong but as soon as I got them I tested it and it works SO WELL! Very surprised at how much water it can hold and they are very very large so I can cut one into 4 regular sized dish towels or keep them large to help wash and dry my car. Amazing product highly recommend.

So I saw a Facebook ad That was promoting something similar. Every time I see one of those ads I always come onto Amazon to see if they have the same item or something even better. The big reason I come over here is because it's free shipping with prime. So they had these chamois cloths in a 10 pack for a good price and they had really good ratings. Figured I'd give them a try and they did not disappoint. Tested them out this morning and I was impressed. Just did a countertop test but I'm interested to see how they would work on the car definitely worth the money
