Does it froth cold milk for milk shakes

Mine didn't work as expected - it couldn't heat and froth at the same time! Returned it!

Does it heat the frothed milk?

It does, but the instructions are rather confusing. In addition you can only heat/froth a small amount of milk at a time. Rather disappointing.

What is the minimum amount of milk this will work with? (Ideally I'd like to use between 75ml and 100ml before frothing.)

Yes it works on this amount no problem at all, I only do a small amount of milk everytime. In fact you can't do up to the maximum it says as it spills over 😬
