I bought this because it is organic and doesn't have sugar. Some of the major brands are loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners. The taste is just fine, kind of neutral without a lot of flavor. It does not dissolve into water as well as some fiber products, but I'm not taking it for the taste.

It is a touchy subject is the gut but it shouldn't be. Gut health is fundamental to not have metabolic wreckage and lots visceral fat and poor nutrient absorption and leaking toxins into your blood stream. This product is mandatory and they are excellent providers.
