I've just started taking these but the first important thing for me is to make sure they don't upset my stomach and they don't. They're very soft and easy to chew. ok...firstly...they are delivered..no extra going to the medicine aisle/or the store. next ..they are tasty, I always am tempted to eat another..but that is a big no-no. I don't take them just before anything sweet to eat because that will make the dessert not so sweet.. Lastly...they aren't more expensive than storebought retail.
