Best electrolyte drink - delicious black cherry and incredibly hydrating!
LMNT Sparkling is absolutely delicious and so effective for hydration! The black cherry flavor is spot-on - not too sweet, perfectly balanced. The electrolytes really help with energy levels and recovery, especially in Texas heat. I love that there's no sugar and the ingredients are clean. The sparkling format is refreshing and makes it feel like a treat rather than a health product. Have it on subscription and won't ever stop buying it!
