Strong blueberry flavour. Goes well with yoghurt. But it’s not suitable for iced drinks (I.e with matcha) as it doesn’t mix well. It’s clumpy

Nice smell as all MONIN purees, maybe on the runny side but tastes delicious on pancakes. Really want to try next in the buttercream for the cupcakes.

Excelente "Monin" de mirtilo.
Comprei esta "versão pura" porque o Monin comum de mirtilo tem apenas 10% da fruta em sua composição. Essa versão pura registra que tem 50%. Realmente percebi enorme diferença, inclusive ela vem com "pequenos pedaços de mirtilo" e, realmente, é bem mais concentrada. Assim, avalio que o maior preço dela justifica-se.

Lecker aber zu viel und zu süß
Super für Blueberry Matcha. Leider ist die Flasche riesig, sodass es unmöglich ist, diese als Privathaushalt aufzubrauchen. Außerdem wäre weniger Zucker angenehm. Ich würde gerne mehr davon nehmen, aber dann wird das Getränk ungenießbar süß.
