Pre-ordered this in august and its november 13. has anyone received the purple rain prince yet?

I preordered mine in August too and still haven't received an email about it. I reached out to Amazon on Nov. 16th about it and the customer service rep suggested I cancel my order and reorder it. Ummm... no. I guess I'll keep waiting but this is kinda silly considering other sellers have it.

Is there anything to mount it on the car's dash board?
