Nicer looking than free standing support.
Lovely and neat looking. Easy to make up and easy to remove arms if you want to. Looks a lot tidier than a free standing set and once attached to the toilet seat it is sturdy.

Pick up my return item
This was depleted as a complete toilet seat and as at 82 years of age I didn't read that it was a frame I returned the item . I printed ( my daughter ) has printed the labels as instructed but it has not been picked up . Pease pick up ASAP thank you I J Beaton

Only fits toilet bowls made in UK
Unfortunately I have been unable to use this device as I am living in Spain and this is made specifically for UK made toilet bowls.. my Spanish plumber was unable to fit it. Very disappointing

Fixings are not suitable to fit all not UK ??
Stated would fit all toilet fixings : the holes on item were different width apart from what is standard in UK. Width adjustable but we could not fit as you need to use the existing toilet seat screws which are a fixed distance apart. Unfortunately had to return : did like the product and could not get in touch with company as based in US to see if this was a US version and not UK !

Useless
Labelled up all wrong, A went to B, and 1 to 2! When I sorted that out it was only to find that the main holes that fit frame to toilet do not match the holes in the toilet. Complete waste of my time and money

Safety
Was easy to look at , easy to assemble , but holes didn’t fit my loo, so I had to have another hole done, so bit disapointed
