Happy to find thus. I add raisins and make raisin bran muffins. Family loves them. Easy instructions although print is small on packaging.

I was craving bran muffins so I bought these. They were easy to make and tasted good. They don’t taste very long though - they started turning slimy/moist after 5 days. Maybe I need to freeze them next time.
