Why cant these suppliers just give the chest size and be done with. can anybody just give me the chest size of large and extra large. Thank you

I am 47 to 48 inch chest what would be the best size for me

I’m 5’8”, 41” chest and 22” arms, so guessing that a M size would be ideal for me. Does that sound about right?
