Nice pair of binoculars for hiking or walking
These are great, not bad for price and have a good magnification. Bought for hikes because they are small and light.

Clarity
Extremely clear got the 12x25 version and it’s by far the best pair of binoculars I ever owned. my only complaint is the case ripped the first time I used it. But still well worth buying!

Not as terrible as you might think...
I'm reviewing the 8x21 version of these. Note that this particular pair is produced by the millions in China and stamped with various silly made-up words like "Poldr" or whatever random Latin letters were smushed together to create a "brand name" that will be extinct in another year or two. They're all the same and you'll be able to recognize them by their shape.I'm a binocular aficionado, I have several pairs. I wanted to get a pair that I could take to the third-world on vacation and not worry if they were lost, stolen or broken. These are decent ones for that purpose. They are, in fact, 8x magnification, compared with my other (good) 8x binoculars, so that's nice. A lot of the cheapie no-name binocs overstate their magnification. Anything over 10x in this price range probably isn't that powerful. At this price-range, don't go higher than 8x because you won't be able to hold them steady and they will be dark and difficult to see through.Fit and finish are pretty bad. The lenses are reasonably clear, however. Clarity falls away around the edges of the glass, as should be expected at this price-point. Collimation is barely ok. Focus knob is surprisingly smooth. The leash/neck strap cannot be removed so I took scissors and cut it off because I won't be needing it for binoculars this cheap. If I drop them off a cliff it's not exactly a big deal.Carrying pouch is cheap and poor but usable. The brand name that's printed on the item can be removed with some rubbing alcohol and a fingernail, which is nice.Overall, for the price, these are 4 stars. Quality compared to everything available in all price ranges is 2 stars. Averaged out to 3. Your mileage may vary because I have a feeling the quality control of these is terrible. Keep purchasing and returning until you get a decent pair. Or just spend more and get something you don't have to screw around with such as Bushnell, Nikon, Celestron...

Small but Mighty – Perfect for Sports and Travel!
I bought these POLDR 12X25 Small Pocket Binoculars because I wanted something compact for watching my kids' soccer games and using on hikes. After using them for about 3 weeks, here’s what I’ve experienced:🔹 First Impressions:They’re super lightweight and come in a nice little pouch. They feel sturdy for their size and fit easily in my jacket pocket or bag.🔹 Functionality & Performance:The focus is surprisingly sharp for such a small pair of binoculars. I could easily zoom in on the field and see facial expressions from across the park. Also worked great on a recent trail walk for bird spotting.🔹 Pros:Ultra compact and easy to carryClear and bright viewing, even in low lightSmooth focusing knob and foldable design🔹 Cons:The eyepieces are a little small for extended use, and I wish the strap was a bit sturdier.🔹 Who It’s Best For:Perfect for sports parents, hikers, travelers, and anyone who wants to get a closer view without lugging around big binoculars.🔹 Final Verdict:Totally worth the price — they’re my new go-to for all outdoor events. I even keep them in my car now!⭐️ Pro Tip:Tuck them in your diaper bag or backpack — they’re so light, you won’t even notice they’re there until you need them!

Now I can see if the mail's here!
My mailbox is about 50 yards from my front door. Even though it has a little flag that pops up when mail has been delivered, it's just far enough away that I can't quite make it out unless the sun is hitting it juuuust right.I'm lazy. I didn't want to walk all the way to the street unless the mail had arrived. I decided the simplest solution was to get an inexpensive pair of binoculars that would allow me to easily check the little flag.I wish I could figure out a way to take a snapshot through the binoc's eyepiece so show you the improvement, but alas, I'm not coordinated enough to manage that. Suffice it to say, I'm very, very pleased. The resolution is crisp & clear, while the color clarity is great. No odd tints or casts.Following the advice of another reviewer I went with the 8x21 size.Should you decide to do that please don't be dismayed when you open the package to find a box with markings indicating a 12x52 set inside. Seems like they only have the one kind of box. On one end of the box is a sticker that properly identifies the 8x21 pair inside. You'll be astounded by how small these things really are. The case is about 1" thick & roughly the size of a credit card in height. A simple lanyard comes attached as well so they're easy to dangle from your neck as needed.Easy adjustment instructions and a lens cleaning cloth are also included.Very, very pleased. No, they're not for the professional birdwatcher, but for ease of always having a pair handy & the pricing, you cannot go wrong.
