Top QUALITY Rope and Hook
I work in the utilities and bought this rope for tree removal. This is TOP NOTCH ROPE AND HOOK! I'm very pleased I made this purchase. Excellent product and price.

EXCELENT ROPE!
Great rope; smooth & easy to work with; doesn't tangle. I'm using it to pull tree trunks through a rocky forest. It is strong & isn't fraying.

I use this on steep roofs. I'm not as bouncy as I was when I was younger , so the added security of being tied off helps keep me independent and working.

Good safety hook and the first twenty feet of rope ...
Good safety hook and the first twenty feet of rope was fine. The rest of the rope was frayed with line filaments protruding everywhere making the rope "fuzzy". Fortunately, I only needed to use the first twenty five feet so the rope still worked for its intended purpose.

SO IMPORTANT & WORTH THE MONEY
Don't even be cheap when it comes to your life. This cable made working on my roof possible. I'm deathly afraid of heights and using this was essential. Sturdy rope, good length.

Worked great
Used this when hanging Christmas Lights this weekend. Coupled this lifeline with a rope grab, lanyard, and harness and felt comfortable walking all over my 2 story roof. Rope helped me feel secure and confident. Will not be getting back on the roof without it.

Not so much with a manual rope grab
This rope worked fine as a safety line. However, I had to undo the trailing end to get my stainless steel manual rope grab to fit on the rope. I then tied a knot in the end and tidied it up with 4 inch electrical tape. Just be aware that you won't be able to thread this rope through a grab unless you make some modifications.

great rope - bought this together with a fall arrest device - both work great - no complaints
great rope - clip is great - used it working on a 10/12 roof with no issues - also bought peak fall arrest device - would highly recommend both
