Easy to use and work great for those hard to reach places

If only I had known these existed, I would have hung lights sooner than this year. They held up despite the rain and wind and didn’t scratch off the paint. I’m grateful these exists. Amazon for the win.

Ok so this thing actually works! I could not give it a 5/5 because it is a little bit tricky to use. You have to pre clip the clips before you start popping in as the cable clip is hard to get in. Also, when doing higher areas, the clip head doesn't work very well, but the hook claw thing helps. These two heads should have been included instead of laying extra for it because it won't work without the two heads.

If you need a tool to help put your icicle lights up then this is your new best friend. I’ve been putting up icicle lights on a two story house since 2017. I wished I had this back then but it is so easy to use and the clips are fantastic. The two end pieces that can be switched out are both easy to attach and remove. Attaching the roof clips onto the product are so easy but what I was shocked the most on was how simple it was attaching the clips to the roof would be. There was only one peak on the house that I couldn’t reach but that’s not the products fault. I would highly recommend this for anyone. I would suggest if you are using a lot of lights for the roof and not gutters, get the extra clips. If I could give this product a 10 star rating I would.

These light clips are hard to find. I have been using them for some time and these are a great convenience for placing lights on the gutters for Christmas. I am thankful that I can still get these. I have a special painter's extendable pole, that will reach 26 feet up. (104 year old house) It takes practice but is doable. When it is time to remove the lights, (this is the best part) It is a snap with a threaded paint roller handle I modified into a hook. Just reach up with this pole & hook, and catch the gutter clip, and push up. Bam!!! off comes the clip with the lights. No ladder is necessary.Awesome!!

I spent hours this morning, attempting to put up our Christmas lights with this pole. I followed the instructions and watched the videos and no matter what I did the clips kept popping off our gutters. Plus the clamp at the end of the pole that holds the clips kept unscrewing and coming off the pole.When I was finally able to get one string of lights up, the weight of the lights must’ve been too much for the clips and they popped out and fell. These were plastic LED lights. Not happy with this, it’s going back.

One of the best and most simplest product. I can hang lights from the ground for both gutter and peaks. The flaw, the button clip to switch heads is of poor design. Broke free in the second clip so I has to duck tape in place don’t wouldn’t break, after than, it was a miracle tool. Looking forward to the updated version. I would be the first to buy.

Bought product to remove lights from roof and gutters since I didn’t want to deal with my 20 ft extension ladder. I decided to give this product a try and wasn’t disappointed. The retractable claw made it very easy to grab the plastic clips and take them off the gutter and roof. Saved me a lot of time from having to pull out the ladder, extend it, move it to a spot then climb up and down. Definitely a much safer way to take lights down. Highly recommend it.
