What is the difference between "standard packaging" and "frustration free packaging"?

Frustration-free is pkg’d so can be easily removed from pkg w/0 needing to untie twisties or plastic

I bought the game and it seems that my handle gets stuck/stiff after it sprays the water out. Is it supposed to be like this or is something wrong?

I think something might be wrong w yours because ours didn't do that.
