I don't want to take medication unless it gets extremely bad as I am partly breastfeeding, so I find these help a little. I will only take them in the morning as I feed at night and I find they take the edge off. I'm not sure how much they would help taking them all the time but I find them useful for occasional use alongside my bach's rescue remedy. I've started drinking camomile tea as well which helps a little.
