Occunomix Vulcan Cowboy Style Hard Hat with Suspension

For those of us who don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy having a little fun this cowboy style hard hat is a win-win! The added sun protection for my face and neck is awesome. Once the straps are adjusted it's extremely comfortable and is surprisingly cool to wear even in the dead of sun in the middle of the day because of the gap between the hard hat suspension system and the actual hat itself. I've already gotten compliments on it and a couple of my buddies are ordering ones for themselves. The Price is Right and the product is exactly what the seller describes it to be. I highly recommend this fun and versatile hard hat which comes in four colors black tan gray and white.

Stylish and protective

I have a yard that is a potential hazard. I'll be honest, I love my house, and I love my yard, but I'm beginning to think my trees are trying to kill me. I have a lot of old oak trees in my front yard. They have the annoying habit of unpredictably dropping large branches in no discernible pattern. I am trying to mow my front yard without suffering massive head trauma, so I did some research and invested in this hard hat.This is a real hard hat, with real ANSI safety ratings, and an adjustable harness for your head. It is comfortable (as comfortable as a hardhat can be), and it has the added benefit of shading my face and my neck in the Florida sun while I am working. Although it has not been put to the ultimate test, it has nonetheless shielded my head from smaller swinging branches and other things that would have given me a decent headache, instead of just making a loud 'thwock' sound.While I am not willing to undergo the ultimate test of this hardhat for the purposes of this review, I am a lot less jumpy when mowing my front yard now. The product was reasonably priced and has held up well in the last six months since I purchased it. I would certainly recommend this product for someone in the market for a safe, comfortable (if slightly unconventional) hard hat.

Never got the ratchet suspension with the hard hat had to purchase the suspension but it's a good hard hat.

worked good for work

Could not adjust the ratchet to make my head fit. Hat looks nice but the insert is completely cheap garbage. Tried to reach out to seller about just sending another one. No response so I just sent the entire hat back.

Cool but too small

Bought for work to operate and move heavy equipment. The brim helps in rain and shine. An added bonus is that it's a great conversation starter!
