What is the shelf life on these?

As long as the bottle is sealed, the shelf life is 36 months. Once the bottle is opened, we recommend using up all the capsules within 3 months before they start to degrade due to humidity.

Many supplements flavor the breastmilk, sometimes for the worst. Do these vitamins alter the taste of the breastmilk?

My baby didn’t seem to notice any change at all when I switched from my prenatal vitamins (different brand) to these. I did notice a bit of a boost in production but didn’t taste test.

Can the fenugreek be taken out in the future? A lot of us moms are avoiding fenugreek now
