once it gives way it fires out like a projectile

The pump requires a lot of force to press down, once it gives way it fires out like a projectile. I was caught out with the import tax which the item didn't mention be prepared to pay around 50% extra on top.

Terrible bottle/packaging. Good product.

I like the actual face wash, but the packaging is so poor that I would not buy it again. I first used this product at a friends house, and her bottle had the same problem, so it seems to be a repeated issue. The pump top requires significant pressure to push down, and then often doesn't release back up. It is so bad that I'm not sure I'll be able to use it all, unless i dump it into another bottle.
