Gambled and lost
While the price was nice, this kit, in particular the mounting plate and brackets are not usable, not even able to be reworked/ modified to make work etc.The plate and end brackets are drilled so poorly. Far enough off they don't line up properly, close enough so as to make redrilling and tapping impossible. There is a quarter inch vertical gap between the actual plate and brackets when the hardware fasteners are in place. (meaning the plate does not sit upon the brackets which connect to the frame tubes, but rather has an unacceptable 1/4" gap between them.)In addition, the actual mounting plate is much shorter front to rear than other kits and motorized bike sites supply, meaning less flexibility for mounting posistion to accomodate for slop in the holes/drilling and tapping new holes, filing or enlarging the slots etc and/or mounting to different frames.Replacement part costs $65 for one you know will work, about 45 for another crapshoot item which may or may not work/ poor quality etc.The other unattractive option would be to have a new plate which will mate properly to the end brackets fabricated. Good luck finding a metalshop which will do that for less than the cost of a quality replacement part plus shipping. This is so typical of buying things you can't see first. All these kits are a gamble and parts need to be filed, ground, drilled, retapped etc from time to time, but this is the first I've bought and installed which was a big completely unusable loser. As far as the rest of the kit goes, fair to average quality, meaning most if not all the parts will need to be replaced in order to be reliable, have longevity etc.

Get what you pay for
The media could not be loaded. Going into my first motorized bike project I wanted something cheap, all encompassing, and straightforward. I received the kit a couple days after I ordered and noticed that it was essentially placed in a cardboard box and shipped outright. As shown in the photos above, this lack of packaging lead to some damaged components which they replaced in about a weeks time. After the new parts had arrived I put the kit together on one bike and found that it was a bit of a struggle to fit it inside the frame. I switched bikes to the Schwinn pictured above and it fit perfectly. I did have to convert the crank arm of the bike from a 1 piece crank to a 3 piece crank as I needed to use the extended pedals they provided. The pedals weren't cast perfectly so I bent the front gear back to it's proper shape and filed the inside of the other crank arm as it didn't fit snugly. After these modifications I'd say I'm satisfied with what I've received. It's been a good first step and a learning experience. The bike has a decent amount of power but definitely suffers on the low end. Changing the gearing might help but it's probably just the size of the motor. For my next upgrade I'm planning on replacing the one size fits some mounting bracket with a welded plate. I think this will cut down on the vibrations and help keep the bearing steady for long term use. If you do keep the mounting bracket make sure to pick up some loctite and torque them down well. After about 6 hours of heavy use I'd say it's holding up pretty well so far. I've heard people mention that the clutch is generally first to go so I'll update here when it does with an estimated run time.

No instructions, cheap parts
No instructions what so ever, all bolts and washers are thrown into one bag so you have no clue what goes where. Bolts are cheap, I had to replace nearly all of them.

Exactly as described solid purchase lots of fun
I would highly recommend this is a starter for stroke bike conversion it is exactly as advertised I wasn't expecting anything too fancy considering I picked the cheapest 4-stroke I could find and what I got out of that was actually pretty good it went on extremely easily all the hardware fit there were no instructions but I watched YouTube channels to see how to put it on anyway so I didn't really need the instructions all in all super happy with the purchase and the bike is running great and I recommend it to other people to buy
