This review will be about the SuperCharge 26800 PD and this is another amazing product from the company. My review below will be summarized in four categories: unboxing experience, build quality, features, and performance. Unboxing Experience: I decided to include this in my review because it was definitely a great experience unboxing this battery pack. The battery and charger comes inside this sleek looking black square box. When opening the box for the first time, it felt like I was opening a jewelry box. Inside the box is a foam insert with cutouts to protect the battery and charger during transport. The package contents include the battery pack, a wall charger, and USB C to USB C cable (one end of the cable has a USB A adapter). Overall, unboxing this device was very luxurious and really sets the tone that you're purchasing a quality device. Next I will be talking about the build quality. Build Quality: Just like my first Jackery battery (Titan S 20100), the build quality for the SuperCharge 26800 PD is very durable and feels very premium in the hands. The battery itself has a solid build thanks to the aluminum housing. You can tell a lot of development and thought went into the design of this battery. Everything from the edges of the battery, to the LCD display and power button for the display feel and look very durable. I have no doubt that this battery will survive your travels and outdoor adventures. The durability will withstand falls and being knocked around in your travel bag or luggage. The device is a bit on the heavier side weighing a little over 1 pound. However, this is to be expected considering the battery has such high capacity (26800 mAh). I'll definitely travel a little bit heavier for the extra amount of power this device provides. In terms of dimensions, the battery is about 6.5" long and 3" wide. So, it's definitely small enough to travel with. In addition, the included 45W wall charger also has a great build quality. The housing of the charger is made of a black colored glossy material which gives it a very sleek and sexy appearance. Features: The battery is very simple but includes all the features you need and expect from a battery pack. The battery has a very high capacity (26800 mAh). It has a LCD display to show you how much power is available from the battery. The display actually shows a percentage instead of just indicator lights. To charge the battery, there is a USB C port which connects to the included 45W wall charger and USB C cable. To charge other devices, you can connect your devices to the battery's USB C port or USB A port. The USB C is capable of doing power delivery (PD), meaning that it can charge PD capable devices in a short amount of time. As a disclaimer, I was not able to test PD functionality because I did not have a PD capable lightning cable to charge my iPhone X on hand. Lastly, the specifications of the battery is printed on the device so you should have no problems getting through airport security that require this. Performance: Just to reiterate the battery's capacity is 26800 mAh and the charger is 45W. The output of the charger can do 3A and can fully charge the battery pack pretty quickly. It took the SuperCharge 3-4 hours to fully charge with about 7% battery life left. You can also use the wall charger to quickly charge your 12" MacBook or other USB C power devices like the Nintendo Switch. The battery's performance is nothing short of amazing. I tested this battery pack with my 12" MacBook, iPhone X, and Nintendo Switch. At 100% battery capacity, the Jackery SuperCharge charged my iPhone X to full capacity about 6 times. For my 12" MacBook, the battery was able to charge my laptop fully twice. Lastly, I was able to charge my Nintendo Switch four times. Therefore, I can vouch that the product's description is pretty accurate in terms of the battery's performance. Summary: This is a fantastic battery pack for the price. In my opinion, this outperforms and provides batter value than let's say a Mophie battery pack. The battery has such a high capacity so it can provide you days of power without having to worry about finding available outlets to power your devices. The included 45W wall charger is a nice bonus. This battery worked perfectly for charging my 12" MacBook, iPhone X, and Nintendo Switch. I couldn't be more happier with a device of such great build quality, features and solid performance. Review: THE BEST in portable power. Hereโs why. - Been using this power bank for a couple of weeks now, as of writing this review. Iโve got to say, it is pretty incredible. Pros: - HUGE capacity. Can charge most mobile devices several times over. - Fast 12W USB charging enables quick charge on supported devices using USB-A, but - Even faster fast charge using USB-C if you have a device and cable that supports it. - USB-C support: this is great if you have a USB-C laptop or phone, because youโll only need to carry one cable to charge both the bank and your devices. The C port is in/out, so it supports USB PD (power delivery) both ways. Cons: - A little heavier than I anticipated, but worth the weight for the power. Size is gonna be the same as other banks with this capacity, sadly no carrying pouch ๐ญ but Iโd still easy to store. - The USB-C power cable it comes with is JUST for power. It is does NOT support any version of USB 3. Data transfer speeds will be at USB 2.0 speeds or below. Fantastic for carrying on an overseas trip to charge stuff, not great for a business trip when you need to hook up a monitor or use a USB hard drive. Iโd recommend grabbing a USB-C cable that supports โUSB 3.1 Gen 2,โ or a passive โThunderbolt 3โ cable to handle both data and power (fewer cables, yay!). Experience: Best in class power delivery, I gotta say. Other banks from Anker (which Iโm a huge fan of), Aukey, RavPower, and other brands are the gold standard. Their newer products support usb-c as well, but only at 30W for power delivery (PD). This bank supports 45W PD, meaning it can charge a MacBook Pro 13โ at almost full speed, and a 15โ at a little over half speed. The others, in theory, can power laptops, but wouldnโt provide enough charge fast enough (plus itโs not good for the battery at low power). I still wouldnโt recommend this as a primary source of power - the original power wall adapter is best - but this is the best you can get as a backup power source. The only other options are the bigger banks that have a wall outlet built in, but those are built like tanks...and weight like them too. But this smaller one does the job without compromising portability.

The lcd display failed in the first 2 days, charger failed within a month.
Update 11/13/18 I finally got my point across to the support they sent out a new charger and it now recharging really quickly. So if you get a good charger and pack its great. I paid 86 for it so cheaper than the Anker. But if its the same price point I would not buy. Great unit if you get a working one, or don't require more than one support ticket. Without the designed charger it takes 8 hours to charger the unit. Update 10/18: I sent in a ticket for support for the broken charger. I got a response back saying replacement is on the way. Looked at the order and it was from the previous replacement order a month ago. I mentioned that and they said check with my friends and neighbors to see they have the package. Even though I had the package and sent back the defective unit. I can't seem to get them to understand this is a new issue. It takes about a week for them to response to a support ticket. Update: The charger charges my pixel, pixelbook great very fast. But recharging it without the original charger is painful. I'm using the 45w type c google charger from my pixel book and it takes 3+ hours to do 38%. Update: The battery pack replacement itself is great but the charger has stopped working have to use another charger I did reach out to Jackery but haven't had a response in 2+ weeks. Going to try again. Update: i have received the new unit plus a bonus mini power pack. the customer services is great will give the new unit a try and update later. I have moved it up to 4 stars for the extremely quick shipment and bonus product. Great service Update upgrading to 3 stars as jackery reached out to make it right. Will update review after I get to see how the replacement works. 5 stars for customer service. The lcd display failed in the first 2 days. It charged my pixel and pixelbook great but can't tell how much battery it has.

Excellent Quality and Better than Advertised
I ordered this on Friday afternoon and got it Saturday afternoon, and it came just in time as I was about to leave town with only my laptop and phone. When my batteries were dying that evening from using it all day, I plugged this battery into the USB-C port of my laptop and I was able to charge it up fully in about an hour. This battery came with 70% charge already and that was enough for a full charge of my laptop + phone right out of the box, and I was able to continue working all night. When I got home, I charged the battery and that took about 1 hour and a half to reach 100%. I have to say I am very impressed with this. The quality of this battery is very very high. It does not look cheap, it does not feel cheap, even the packaging that it came in looks high quality. The finish of the battery's shell is smooth and has a nice dark rough matte specular color to it, and in fact it looks almost exactly like my laptop -- having them both match in style is a great bonus. It comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable, but it's kind of short, maybe a bit more than a foot long which is great for connecting it to a laptop without creating a lot of clutter, but not so great when connecting it the charger as you can't set the battery anywhere else than on the floor if your outlet on your wall is at the floor level. I would suggest also getting a separate 6ft+ USB-C to USB-C cable just to charge it if you want to set it on a table or anywhere else not on the floor. I fully recommend this to anyone looking for a solution for on-the-go charging. I successfully charged my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and my Dell 13" Inspiron 7000 Black Edition 4k (7386) with this battery via USB-C.

Expensive, but can't argue with that quality. Charges the Nintendo Switch
I bought this for my Nintendo Switch and it works PERFECTLY. Couldn't be happier. Pros: -great build quality -great extras; comes with a USB C to C with A adapter (something I haven't seen before), 45W wall charger to take this to full in little time, and DON'T FORGET TO LIFT UP THE PACKING Foam there is a soft shell case for the battery, under there. The wall charger is kind of big, the case is a nice neoprene like material and the cable is about 3ft long and decent thickness meaning that it won't overheat and can handle the full 45W, but is usb 2.0 only for data. -great stamina thanks to the large cell capacity. -TSA friendly, I think it's 92 or 96 watts hour so you can take it on the plane with you. -great led display that makes it easy to see how much life is left in it. None of this four leds nonsense. The display also turns off after 30 seconds or so meaning the led display isn't taking away any unnecessary power, also not excessively bright so can be used comfortably at night wile not being disruptive. -high quality presentation -Easily charges the Nintendo Switch, I've had these that made similar claims but didn't deliver on them. I tried it with Doom with every radio on, full volume and brightness, still quickly charged it as if it were plugged in to the wall outlet. Cons: -two ports only, would do better with an extra usb a port. Conclusion: You do arguably get a lot of useful extras with this battery pack, and as a result makes it well worth it. A great Switch battery pack, and all over pack. Definitely a buy.

Stopped Charging after 7 months - Buyer beware!
(Updated Review 9-21-19) Purchased this in Feb 2019. Flat out Stopped charging out of the blue for no reason. I'm very careful with chargers and keep in the padded case at all times unless using it to charge my electronics. Charger should last more than 7 months. Now I am forced to buy a new charger because I need it for travel and it won't be this brand. (Original Review Feb 2019) Only charger I could find with 2.25amp output for USB type C to charge laptop. Most are 1.25 ~ 1.5amp (IE Anker Powercore+ 26800 PD and RavPower Super-C Series 26800). Tried Rav Power 26800 Super C but X1 Carbon popped up and error when powering up laptop while plugged in and said the power source is not sufficient and does not meet the min. required input. The factory X1 Carbon AC adapter says 20V output ~ 3.5A which Lenovo recommends when charging btw the Jackery Supercharge 26000 PD did not prompt a power error when powering up laptop while it was plugged into the Jackery. I'm assuming the Anker PowerCore 26800 would also prompt and underpower error as well but have not tried it. Keep in mind when buying these TSA type travel chargers you do not need any more than 1 USB to charge your phone and 1 type-C to charge our laptop. The reason is because the battery will drain in half the time while charging your phone and laptop at the same time regardless of it being 26800mAh. Get the Jackery, charges much faster with 45w vs 30w charger on most.

Great product, fast shipping
The company processes orders fast. I order late on Saturday and product arrived on Monday. I know this is going to sound funny but I was impressed with the box the unit came in. They spent money making a nice box, similar in quality to iPhone. The unit has a great feature that shows the remaining charge. Mine arrived with 39%. I plugged the unit into the wall with the supplied adaptor at 6:30PM When I went back to check at 9:30PM it was 100% charge. This thing charges VERY Fast. (My 20,000+ unit takes 24 hours to charge) Can't wait to see how many charges I can get on a full battery. I will update after I run it down from charging my iPhone 7Plus. This is the third Jackery product I have bought and the quality is very good. (1 stays in my laptop bag when traveling, my wife will have one now and I will use the other). I highly recommend this product and thinking of trying some of their other products. UPDATE: I have been using this product for a month maybe. I am able to charge my iPhone 7 Plus, 9 or 10 times on a single charge. I usually charge my phone when it gets between 6% to 26%. I haven't let the Jackery get below 12% which means I would get another charge out of it before needing it to charge. the unit itself. In my experience my phone will use up about 8% percentage points of the capacity of the Jackery. I like the digital counter on the side, lets me know how much juice is left, divide that by 8 and that is about how many charges are left. I still highly recommend this product!

Jackery Supercharge 26800 Review
I first ordered the Jackery Supercharge around a week ago. I was super excited to find a Power Bank that had USB C PD at 45W, being that no other power banks from the competition, are even remotely capable of such charge speeds. The fastest that most other power banks sold on Amazon seem to be capable of is 27W or most recently 30W. My primary device being a Pixelbook, is capable of receiving a fast recharge through USB C PD at 45W when plugged in with the included Power Adapter. The forthcoming Pixel Slate, will also be capable of the same exact charging speed, PD at 45W. Knowing that the USB C Specifications have advanced to a point, where I know it is more than possible to fast charge one's USB C PD Enabled devices at the same charging speeds, as if they're plugged into a power outlet, I was honestly shocked to only find one other legitimate power bank (besides this one from Jackery) that had a 45W charging speed capability. The only other power bank capable of 45W PD, which I was able to find, was at the Apple Store; but that device costs $200, does NOT come with a 45W Power Adaptor, does not have a numerical display that tells you how much charge is left on the battery, and has a capacity of only 20000 mAh. So, knowing all this, I obviously went with the Supercharge, literally switched to the Amazon tab I had open, and placed my order. The first unit I received unfortunately was not properly outputting a fast charge to any of my devices, a Pixel 2XL and Pixelbook, as well as a Nintendo Switch. It actually took me a full day to actually realize that the unit I received was defective, since I was able to charge up the battery itself from about 25% to full capacity, in less than 3 hours. In 2 hours and 45 minutes to be exact. So clearly it was, true to its specifications, capable of a 45W charging speed capacity. I decided to go ahead and email Jackery's customer support. With respect to my prior experiences with tech sellers on Amazon, I honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot. But I went ahead and contacted anyways, because I really was in no mood to return another defective tech. item. After emailing, I was shocked to see an email from their customer service team, with a proper subject line and everything, less than 8 hours after I'd first emailed them. I proceeded to try and troubleshoot the first battery bank, referring to their suggestions. Unfortunately, the only end results were my Pixel 2XL no longer accepting any type of charge from it, my pixelbook started to (from what I could tell) disable it's built in battery, and switch over to using the Supercharge as an external power source. The Nintendo Switch just continued to recognize it as a Low Power charging source. Although I should've been upset by all this, I honestly wasn't, as all it did was confirm to me that the battery was indeed capable of what it was in fact designed for. I proceeded with Jackery's offer to RMA the original battery. Please take note that all this occurred within a span of about 3 days, as their subsequent emails were all received very promptly, within less than 24 hour time spans, answering any further questions I had along the way. Jackery even paid for the return shipping of the first device, which I assume isn't that inexpensive, given the device's weight and the fact that it's a battery. My replacement device, was even shipped out to me with priority shipping from them. At the end of all this, I honestly have to say, that this was the best customer service experience that I've ever received with any tech seller on Amazon, and I've gone through quite a number of questionable experiences in the past. Come Today, I received my replacement Supercharge, an entire day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive. Yet another reason as to why you can never go wrong with the US Postal Service. When I saw the package for it, I was again shocked, in that it was a completely new unopened box, complete with an additional USB Cable & Power Adapter. I was instructed to only send them the battery, and had thought that only the Supercharge would be replaced. I'm sincerely thankful for the unexpected surprise. I'm beyond happy to report that the replacement supercharger is working even better than I'd expected. I charged it up as soon as I received it, from 50% to 100% in less than 2 hours. I've been typing this very review for the passed 45 minutes or so, and my pixelbok is 80% charged up, from about 20% initially. The Pixelbook is correctly identifying the Supercharge as an external charging source, and correctly calculating the estimated charge time remaining. My new Pixel 3XL (I was a bit worried about potential incompatibilities, being that the Pixel 3 uses the latest USB C 3.1 Specification) but I can confirm that it too works without any issue, able to accept a full rapid charge from the battery. As for the new Supercharge itself, the build quality is amazing, seriously it feels great when picked up in the hand. Something about Power Banks, especially the larger capacity one's, that I tend to prioritise more importantly, is their weight balance. It's impossible to know how heavy a Power Bank will be when buying online. But for the Superharge, I can confirm, that it has a near perfect weight balance. It may still be a bit heavy for some, and dependant upon personal preference as well, but portability with it should not be an issue for most. I find it much easier to carry, than my older 20,000 mAh RavPower Battery, which I sometimes found to feel a bit heavy when carrying around. It's a bit strange, considering the Supercharge is a higher capacity battery than my older one, and the RavPower was constructed entirely from a plastic casing. The numerical battery indication display, is something you'll wish other Power Banks implemented, it'll make so much more sense in your mind, than a series of blinking lights. FInally, in terms of cost, well I already mentioned the $200 45W Power Bank sold by Apple, add into that price another approx. $70 for a 45W/80W Power Adapter, and another $30 for a longer USB C to C Charging Cable, and you'll realize (like I did) that you would've paid over $300 (after taxes), compared with what you get here when Buying from Jackery for $120 (It is also currently on sale, at the time of me writing up this review). For a slightly higher cost from the main competitors, you'll find battery banks of the same capacity, but none are capable of 45W Charging speeds, most don't come with a numerical display indicator, and finding another battery bank, that's bundled with a fast charging power adapter is very limited. In closing, buy with confidence, and rest easy with any potential problems that may arise, as their customer service is beyond amazing. I hope you guys continue on, with great success, in everything that you do, and lead as an example for those certain other tech sellers/companies, who don't seem to be motivated enough to incorporate the latest technology standards/innovations into their products; and yet are more than willing to put forward unreasonable asking prices for what they offer.

Did not live up to it's specs
When I tried this battery with my Vive Pro wireless headset it only lasted about 25 minutes. The original battery from HTC was 5700 Mah and it lasted 1.5 hours. So there is something wrong with how the specs are listed. I found the same thing with the Anker 21000 MaH batteries. It seems that the manufacturers are using some kind of goofy system for specing the capacity of the battery. I would not buy either of these batteries.
