I’ve been using this foot cream for quite a while, especially during the summer when I mostly wear slides or flip-flops. My heels tend to get very dry and rough, and at one point they even started itching and felt like they were close to cracking. What works best for me is soaking my feet first, gently using a pumice stone, and then applying this cream before bed and putting on socks. I can usually feel a difference after just one night — my heels feel softer and the itching is noticeably reduced. For best results, I normally use it for 3–5 nights in a row. The cream has almost no scent, and the consistency is somewhere between a thick cream and a waxy balm. A little goes a long way; one container lasts me approximately 20–30 applications. I’ll definitely buy it again

I have never had trouble with dry feet or cracked heels ever before in my life it just came out of nowhere. So I came on here and I found some socks that you put on and its like moisture keeping socks or something and you can add like Vaseline or lotion and you sleep them and it's supposed to help your feet get soft so I was going to get those and then I saw this stuff and I went back and forth trying to choose what to get. Thankfully I ended up buying this stuff. And I kid you not I put it on that night with no socks and the next morning my feet were completely healed the dryness was gone the cracks had closed almost all the way. So before I used the stuff I was having to use crutches to stay off of one foot or the other because the crack would keep splitting and it would be bleeding and so painful or some days I would have to stay in bed for a few days staying off of my feet completely being waiting on hand and foot getting help hobbling to the bathroom because of how bad the heel with the crack would be and how painful it was. So I don't know what is in this stuff I don't know how it works I don't know if it's magic but it is something like otherworldly and if you have dry feet and if you have any cracks at all in your heels definitely use this it healed my feet literally overnight. And then my mother-in-law she babysit my dogs for the night for us and she told me that she used my face lotion next to the bed and I said what face lotion and she said in the in the blue container and I said that's for your feet and I said matter of fact it's in your face looks really good today then it looks plump you look bright I said that you actually look younger. So apparently the stuff not only magically heals your feet overnight it can magically make you look younger overnight if you put it on your face. I will always use this for the rest of my life and I'm even going to use it on my dog's paws to keep their little paws from splitting because when a dog's paw splits that is just a whole situation because they won't stay out their feet so this stuff will keep them moist and healthy and I would recommend this to anyone you will not regret using this stuff. I wish they would make a just for face line with the same whatever is in it. I believe it would be a huge hit and huge seller. I even had a elbow that would stay dry and ashy looking. I put it on before bed, next morning my elbow was healed and it has stayed moist and no dryness has returned. You will not regret this stuff you will be wishing you had found and tried this stuff years ago. Its not sticky or greasy and there is not a smell to it. Its just all around a awesome product so it doesn't need any extra bells and whistles its perfect the way it is. I could only see this product finding some way to be better which would be next to impossible bv there is nothing to improve on with it.

My cave lady feet were trashed. I love being barefoot, especially summer time. I was starting to get cracks on my heels and everytime I got into bed I could feel and hear sand paper on my sheets. Eww. I would use lotion and It would seem to work for a bit then after the shower the next night we were right back to dry scratching feet. I don’t know what they put in this but after even 2 days I noticed a big difference. It’s been about a week now of every night use and I’m in awe. This is a thick cream, I put it on at night so it has time to do its thing. Even after showers and walking around in sandals there are still so soft and smooth. I did buy a foot file to use every few days while using this. I’m so happy with this purchase, it’s saved my feet. I’m also noticing my hands as well. I just rub in what’s left and my hands also have felt softer. No more crusty cracked heels! Summer feet here I come

This product works well. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle product. The dryness on my feet definitely comes back if I don’t use this consistently. However, after I would say three days usage in a row, my feet definitely are smoother. It’s moisturizing, hasn’t caused any skin irritation. The fragrance is a nice smell. It’s a little greasy at first, but it absorbs the consistency in the package is all the same and it takes just a little to apply a little goes a long ways.

I’ve struggled with dry, rough heels for a long time, especially during colder months. After seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to give O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet a try, and I’m glad I did. The cream has a thick texture, but it doesn’t feel greasy. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized without any sticky residue. I apply it before bed, and after just a few days, I noticed my heels felt much softer and smoother. With continued use, the dryness and cracking improved significantly. I also appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and a little goes a long way. The jar lasts much longer than I expected.

For over twenty years, I've had dry, cracked heels. I've pumiced, scrubbed, lotioned and even razored the dead skin off. Nothing fixed the problem. And to be honest, nothing even helped the problem...other that razoring the dead skin, but that didn't heal or remove the cracks in my heel, or alleviate the white rough skin circling the back of my heel--it just shaved some of the dead skin off. I received the OKeeffe's Foot Cream last week, and I have been using it after showering daily (if I shower once a day, I use it once...if I shower twice, then I use it twice). Today is the seventh day since I started applying this product, and the results are amazing. In one week, over half the cracks in my heels are gone. The band of dry, white, rough skin that encircled both entire heels is down to about a one inch section on one side of each foot. Whereas, before, my feet felt rough and hard, now they're much softer and very smooth feeling. I can't thank O'Keeffe's enough for this product, and I can see myself using this item for years to come. Today is Jan 11, 2013 (today is day number seven of treatment), and I will be updating the review as my feet/heels continue to improve. Update Jan 31st: It's been almost four weeks since I started treatment, and ALL the cracks and lines in my heels are gone. In addition, all the white rough skin that circled the edge of my heel is gone. My feet are smooth and soft for the first time in many years. Now to clarify a few points: A few days back, I forgot to use the cream after my shower, and when I awoke the next morning, I could tell a difference in the softness of my feet. They weren't exactly hard, but that smooth silky feel that I enjoy having was gone. They were still much, much softer than they were before I started using the cream, but the baby soft feeling comes strictly from the cream...not from your own skin. Before I started using this cream, I had purchased a Tweezerman Heel Shaver (which works great, but you should only use after showering when your skin is soft) that I used about once a month. If I used it more than that, my feet became ultra-sensitive and sore. However, after using the cream, it was like the skin was ready to be peeled off more often. Where before I used the shaver once a month, during the past four weeks, I've used the heel shaver about seven times, and each time it has peeled a lot of dead skin off the bottom of my feet--without any sensitivity or soreness. I'm not sure how clear my heels would be without being able to slough off all that dead skin. I was never one that could use scrubs to clear up the skin on the bottom of my feet, and I have been shaving SO MUCH dead skin off the bottom of my feet that I can't see any way they could have cleared up so fast without me removing the dead skin as often as I have. If anything else occurs, I will update the review. As of today, my feet look great, and I would gladly wear sandals or go barefooted in front of anyone. I do plan to continue using the cream indefinitely. It's been almost four weeks, as I've mentioned, and I'm about 1/4 of the way into the jar, so I can easily see one jar lasting around four to five months. It's very firm cream, almost the consistency of real butter. You could scrape more out, but rubbing your fingers on it and then rubbing it on your heels is sufficient--you only need a very thin coating for the cream to work. Great stuff that I highly recommend.

I spend a great deal of time on my feet, in high heels, racing through airports, taking interminable plane trips for work, and running through the cobble-stoned, rough, and steaming streets of Various parts of the world. All of this has taken its toll on my poor feet. They. become very dry, with painful cracks, thickened and itchy soles, and callouses had formed, even on the tips of my toes. I have very frequent pedicures, massage Petroleum jelly into my feet, and sleep with them covered in Vaseline and thick socks. But it just was not enough. Pumice stones,, smoothing sponges, even the dangerous razor style callous removers did nothing to improve the texture and suppleness of the skin on my soles, toes, and other areas. I finally purchased a battery-powered foot sanding type of device from Amazon, and this cream was recommended along with the device. I had nothing to lose, everything to gain, so I bought the cream, and began to rub it thoroughly into my abused feet each evening, using the special battery-powered smoothing device as often as possible. Was I ever surprised! Where had this cream been for all of my life? After preparing my feet, I would rub this cream into the entire foot, adding extra for the more toughened and hardened areas. The cream itself is luscious, lending a smooth, cooling, and relaxing surface to my over-worked feet. In the beginning I did not even care if it removed the callouses and dryness, just the pleasurable and relaxing feel of the cream on my sore feet was a gift. I slept in hospital socks after each evenings post-shower session with my feet. This sped-up the process of taming my impossibly rough and tough feet. I.was doubtful as to the efficacy of this product for the first month or so. But after about two months of bi-weekly, or more use each week, I looked down one day to discover someone's else's lovely, smooth, non-calloused, and well-moisturized feet, residing happily where formerly my poor abused feet has previously suffered.. This cream, along with one of the battery or electrically powered foot smoothing devices had achieved a miracle! My feet were lovely and smooth, no more hard build-up of dry skin on my soles, no more cracks, and lovely and smooth toes. No longer did my sheer panty hose snag each morning , from the sheer roughness and dry texture of my feet. It was not to be believed, but it was, and is, extremely so - this cream, along with a callous removal sanding device had rescued my poor feet from their days of infamy. I carry this cream and the foot smoothing device with me when I travel, I never miss a scheduled foot-smoothing appointment with myself, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. As a test, I tried using the smoothing device in conjunction with other lotions and creams. I wanted to determine if it was really the cream that was making such a difference. Yes, nothing else provided the silky smoothness of my feet that this cream provided. As an added bonus it is not at all greasy, and it is beautifully absorbed into my feet. The little tub of cream lasts a very long time indeed. I am careful to have two tubs of cream, one resides permanently in my suitcase, along with one of the foot smoothing devices . I daren't risk traveling without it now. Summer has finally made its appearance in some of the northern climes that I inhabit, and instead of dreading my sophisticated and high-heeled "work" sandals, I await the chance to sit outside of one of Europe's side cafes, no longer niding my sad little feet under my chair. Instead, I stretch-out and relax, knowing that my feet, if noticed, will be noticed for the cute summer sandals, as well as for the smooth and silky skim of my feet. Whether a foreign traveler, lracing through airports, or sticking close to home, my feet are ready for anything. I am so pleased, why did I never notice the existence of this cream in all of the previous years spent surfing through Amazon? Well, it doesn't really matter now, my feet have remained lovely and smooth. I will never risk being without this cream, along with some type of foot- smoothing paraphernalia in my suitcase . This is one thing that worth the money and the glowing reviews of others. This cream does what it is supposed to do, as an added bonus, my sensitive skin has suffered not the tiniest inconvenience as a result of frequent use of this cream. If you have dry and calloused feet, I can wholeheartedly recommend this to you. I do not know anyone employed by this company, I had never even heard of them before seeing this pictured on an Amazon page. But I give thanks to whomever is responsible for this lovely line of foot ( and hand.) treatments. Try it, you will have no regrets.

I do think it made my feet softer, but personally I didn’t like the texture of the cream on my hands when applying it. It’s kind of a greasy-feel. The product also left a weird tacky residue/film that I felt on my feet the following day. So it does its job but I feel like regular lotion would honestly make my feet feel softer and be a more enjoyable experience than using this product. Would not repurchase.
