I bought this multiple times and the unsweetened version is great. Smash in some Oreo coookies and the sweetness is perfect.

This is probably really cheap in comparison to their six pack of the regular stuff, which is surprising because organic food is usually higher up in cost for nearly everything. Good if you can't go anywhere too often. Good for savory creamy dishes like stroganoff, vegan Mac n cheese sauce. Nice amount of protein compared to other types of milks.

Tastes great. Can use it for cooking as well as in cocoa or on cereal. Holds up well when opened and stored in frig.

This is a nice substitute for plain homemade soy milk. You can use it for yogurt and creamy soups, and I find most people don’t miss regular milk once they have a shelf stable brand they like. This product is unsweetened and you can add sugar and vanilla if you like, to make it taste like the usual sweeter product. It’s super handy to always have on hand.

We don't love the taste of cow's milk for drinking, and don't cook with milk often enough to use a container of it before it spoils. This stuff lasts a lot longer in the fridge than cow's milk. You can definitely tell that it's unsweetened, which is not my preference, but my wife doesn't eat/drink sugar. For our needs this is perfect. It also has a decent amount of complete protein, unlike other vegan milks. We can't stand oat milk or almond milk because they are gritty; this is a lot smoother.
