Arrived in great condition, very well packed. Instructions were easy to follow and everything was well organized. It is a big project and took a couple hours to build but I was able to do it by myself with the help of my 11 year old son. The piece did have a few scratches, most in non visible areas. The only confusing part is the back of the unit did not have predrilled holes but the wood was soft enough with the guide of the back pierce you could start your own holes. Storage is adequate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a niece piece of furniture.

Some parts were damaged and had to request replacements but they had to ship a new unit even though I only needed a replacement part. I had already finished assembling it so I had to disassemble to return and the replacement also had a damaged part. I just gave up and kept it. It is not so easy to assemble either as some holes did not line up.

Assembly instructions were easy enough to follow. Just a few complaints about quality. One underside joint was miscut, but it is on the underside of the top and it doesn't show. the magnetic clasp that holds the cabinet door shut are very weak magnets and do. I can set something on the top and the doors will creak open on their own because the magnet doesn't hold them in place.

The install of this is painful as the drills no not line perfectly with the holes. Also the drawer at the bottom does not fit into the cabinet. Its been a nightmare to put this together and the end product is not looking good. There was a chip on the side of the cabinet, but sending back a 96 pound piece of furniture is painful.

Looks rich I am a female and I put it together in about 4 hours. Need 2 people to finish
