Probably but it would be much darker

I'm porcelain, would this look okay with my skin? Does it blend in well?

It is bendable, but a bit chalky if u are not careful. Or don't have the right brushes. I think it would be too dark for porcelain

I noticed it says this was made for the body, but is it a good idea to use on the face?

It's okay to use on the face as long as it's with a full face routine. Don't just apply directly to the face, moisturize, prime, and whatever else you use like foundation and things, and then you can apply this. It's pretty dark and goes on really opaque. So if you aren't of a medium-dark or darker skin tone be very careful to not over apply this. Hope I helped somewhat. :) Have a wonderful day.
