I bought this for my spouse who has neuropathy due to diabetes. He says that the wrap really helps with the pain and his restless legs. It was hard for me to believe that such a product would work. I ordered a similar product (not same manufacturer) for hands as I have terrible osteoarthritis in my right hand. I couldn't believe it. The pain and swelling have greatly diminished. I still have the ugly knuckles but the associated pain and swelling are virtually gone.
