Cute, but the wonder here lies in the adjustability
One of my baby-related email subscriptions had sent out an email concerning swim diapers on the precise day I was pondering such an issue. After the email's dismay for disposable swim diapers, I followed its recommendations of two brands of swim diapers. Considering that my little girl isn't yet 3 months, I paid special attention to the "small baby!" advice and purchased Bummis Swimmi.And I am so glad I did.What made this work for my tiny girl is the Velcro nature. This diaper can be adjusted like nobody's business, allowing me to secure it around her little thighs--a reassuring feature that kept me confident that all poop would be kept in.That poop stayed right in the diaper.As for the cleaning? So simple and easy. A rinse and a wash and the diaper was ready for another swim. Is it bulky? Nope, it makes the most of being a relatively thin mesh covering with an adorable pattern (I went with the Bubbles) and fit nicely under my girl's baby swimsuit.Highly recommended, especially for small babies.

Fits well - and very cute
We used this all summer. We went swimming at least 2x a week, usually in a pool, but occasionally in a lake. My baby never pooped while swimming, so I can't speak to the efficacy of that aspect of the diaper, but the hook-and-loop closure means that it can fit as tightly as it needs to.

This fit my 13-lb. 4 month-old well for her first time in the pool. I was nervous about using this since she's exclusively breastfed, so I'm not sure how it will work if she poops, but I like having a reusable chemical free diaper for her to use! I also like the adjustable closure, so this should fit her all summer with no problem!

The small size worked great for my 13 pound 4 month old - perfectly contained the (several days' worth) runny breastmilk poo. It fits nicely under a bathing suit and the velcro is very strong.

We used this one for our (13 week old) baby's first trip to the beach. It didn't hold her pee as she peed on me a couple of times while we were playing in the sand but since she wasn't going in the water the next day we put a diaper on underneath the Bummis and had no issues. It is a really cute design and thin enough to fit under her swimsuit.I liked the fact that they are adjustable since we were not able to find her small size in ANY disposable swim diapers. Just watch out when washing, the velcro will stick to other clothes.We will use more of these as she gets older and goes into the water.

Good for small babies
My daughter is in the 15-20th percentile for weight and this product fits her well. It was the only thing we were able to find that would fit, as the disposable swim diapers don't start until size 3.

We love this swim diaper
We love this swim diaper. The only down side is that the velcro is very scratchy against baby's legs if you don't get it attached completely to the diaper.
