...and Relax: Pattern, Colour, Live Well

I have been looking for a portable colouring book to take on a flight . I found this one in WHSmith and I think it will be perfect because it is only the size of a paperback and doesn't weigh as much as some . I find airports a bit of a nightmare so I am hoping this book will help .It is more than just a colouring book .The colouring pages are quite simple and there are some pages to complete using your imagination . There are uplifting statements and reminders to relax . I'm going to need those . The book measures 7inches by 5 - about the size of a paperback . I use coloured pencils so I can't say whether markers would bleed through but my guess is that they most likely will and the pages are printed on both sides . When I took the photos I found the book doesn't lie flat . You would probably have to hold it with one hand or use a bulldog clip or peg or something . Maybe a thickish elastic band would do it .I liked the variety so much I've ordered another copy this time from Amazon where it is a bit cheaper .

Love this books. The patterns are interesting and most pages have a mindfulness exercise for you to do. Using this book really helps me to relax and unwind.

Spot on for easy doodling and colouring, with thought provoking pages. Just what I needed, unlike other over complex books that take forever to complete one page.
