Dropper recommended, wonderful smell
The other reviewer was right about the dropper. I happened to have one that fit, I was probably too excited about it, but anyways in a small glass and 2oz of tonic, 2 cubes of ice and a little lemon, I used 7 drops. I think 5-7 drops would be the right number per 2oz of liquid. Have fun!

Smells like gin
Got this to substitute for real gin in gin and tonics. I've already tried a couple of non-alchoholic substitutes and they were nothing like gin. Gin really contributes to the taste and experience of a G&T.My analysis - it's at least 50% the smell of juniper that makes the G&T so nice, and this is very close to that smell. The taste is not so much like gin but you can tell it's there and it's pleasant, slightly bitter. As a previous poster said, you only need about 3 drops. My drinks are 6oz tonic to the 3 drops. Since it doesn't come with a dropper you have to practice to get out such a small quantity without wasting it. I will be buying again.

NOT noticeably a flavor of any kind...
weak, vague, hardly noticed even when doubled or tripled.

Better than expensive gins--just add to cheap vodka
For much of my life I didn't realize that gin is just another form of flavored vodka. The varieties just come from the mix of flavors added. I've never really understood the hype about unflavored vodkas--I think it's mostly marketing. So, I bought some cheap vodka and put this in it and it's better than any specialty gin (Hendricks was my favorite) that I've ever had. Been using it for about 6 months now. It has a nice straightforward juniper flavor without so many of the floral elements that I've never liked in some gins like Bombay Sapphire. If you're more of a traditionalist (regular Bombay, Boodles, Beefeater, Hendricks) then this would probably work well for you.

Great for G&T mocktail
Have been experimenting with various mocktails and one of the best I've come up with is this mock Gin/Tonic. Add just a few drops of this juniper extract with some bitters in tonic water. Optionally add a splash of real gin for a weak G&T. Lime an option too.Have tried juniper syrups and they were much weaker, not as effective.

Strong flavor, use sparingly!
Strong flavor, I have been using it to make faux gin and tonic; well it's not tanqueray or Bombay, it's pretty decent and with a lime makes your non-alcoholic tonic water pleasant. Pricey if you're not careful but a small drop is enough to flavor your drink pretty well.

Great gin juniper flavor. If only I hadn’t knocked it over and spilled half. Darn
Great flavor for virgin G and T

Great summer drink
I mix this with tonic water on ice so I get the effect of a gin and tonic without the booze. I don't feel put upon for being the designated driver after tennis.
