Ancient Nutrition Hydrolyzed Multi Collagen Peptides Powder, Cold Brew

This product mixes well into my morning coffee and smells like instant coffee. The taste is good for what it is and is slightly sweetened as well. I think the value for what you get is good. I used one scoop a day for 60 days. I noticed a difference in my nail growth and hair growth and like the added protein. The jury is still out on skin improvement. I am in my 40’s so I am already at war with the collagen clock. I will continue to use this product and make note in the future of skin improvements.

I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it's their collegen products. Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn't been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight. I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein. Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind. If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won't grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

I'm not into protein powder flavors but like coffee so I thought I'd give this a try. It's nowhere close to drinking coffee in terms of flavor or caffeine but better than not getting the protein at all. I tried mixing it with my coffee but then it ruins my coffee experience (both flavor and temperature). Now I mix both spoons in much less water to get a more intense coffee flavor and it works fine for me. Would purchase again. UPDATE: If you check online, you'll see some testing was done for collagen powders and this brand was among the higher ones for metals etc. Not changing my rating here, but I don't plan to buy again.

I purchased Ancient Nutrition Cold Brew Flavor (Collagen Protein Powder) because I am trying to collagen load and this product seemed like a good way to get my first dose of collagen in the morning. First let me say, I am NOT a coffee drinker. I do, however, like lattes and I love hot drinks (and am always looking for a healthy hot drink that isn't tea). I was skeptical but I absolutely LOVE this product! If you are a coffee drinker and are looking for a substitute then this might not be for you (or maybe it is). If you are looking for a tasty way to get your collagen and you enjoy a milder version of coffee and you really want to find a pleasing hot drink, then this might be the product for you! I think it's worth a try. UPDATE: I have been using the Cold Brew for almost 2mths now and I LOVE the taste and the results. My primary purpose for trying the Ancient Nutrition Collagen Protein was (is) for its anti-inflammatory and joint benefits. I am very pleased. My husband and I are in our 50s and are very active doing renovations on our property. I have found that the aches and pains I've suffered with in the past couple of years have eased tremendously. A nice side effect is that my skin and nails are looking good. I love the Cold Brew. I am not overly fond of the Vanilla (I have been mixing a little in with my Cold Brew just to use it up) and now I've ordered the Chocolate. This summer, I plan to get the Strawberry-Lemonade and try it as a frozen drink on hot days.

Wow! This is an amazing find. First. The taste is mild coffee and mild vanilla. It’s not sweet. It mixes instantly in cold water and delivers 42 g of caffeine that feels like more. I got a great caffeine rush. This would be good pre workout or as a afternoon energy boost. I’m reordering to have one container at work. Also, when I ordered, the ETA was two weeks, and I got it FEDEX in three days!

GUYS! If you love coffee like I do, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!! It is disgusting! I keep trying to add stuff to it and the cold brew is absolutely the WORST thing I have ever endured. :( It's not cheap. I can't afford to replace it. I'm stuck with this crap that smells like you dragged the bottom of a dumpster used to dispose of cow carcasses and coffee grounds! It never fully dissolves so you get left with little sandy particles that keep resurfacing for hours :( I was so excited to get this much collagen and have it in coffee. Heck no. I will *NEVER* buy this again!!!!!
