This book provides a comprehensive set of instructions and examples of how to perform a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of a health intervention, with a particular focus on the use of stated preference survey methods to identify consumer preference data and the use of recent developments in cost-effectiveness analysis within a CBA framework. Review: Great intro text - Purchased this book for an academic project in health economics. It provides a great introduction to CBA in healthcare. If you're looking specifically for willingness to pay approaches, this book may leave something to be desired. However, overall this book is well-written and compiled, and serves as a great intro text. Review: Five Stars - The greatest book on Cost-Benefit Analysis ever published.

Very usefull
It is a very good book, although I found the book Applied Methods of Cost-effectiveness analysis in Healthcare more easy for non-economists. Anyway, as a non-economist I recommend this one.
