Generic CHIGO AIR CONDITIONER REMOTE CONTROL ZH/JT-03

Last year I decided to have air conditioning installed in our bedroom. Although I would have preferred to have a known brand unit, in the end, the cost advantages of the 'generic' makes were just too good to ignore. However, once it was installed, I noticed that there was no manual way to control the A/C and I was totally dependent on the remote control.I started looking around for another remote control and couldn't find anyone selling them in the UK. In the past I have avoided ordering from China simply because of the language difference and the potential problems if the item didn't arrive.I need not have worried. 7 Days after placing the order, the remote control was delivered and, apart from a very minor difference in the branding, was exactly the same as the one that came with my air conditioning unit. All of the buttons were in the same place, with the same descriptions and it was all in English.I popped in the the batteries and it works perfectly.If you have had the same reservations as me then I suggest to set them aside and take advantage of the excellent prices some Chinese suppliers have to offer.
