It's a heat shield
Nice heat shield . Works as designed.

Someone sloppily hotglued the tabs together for some reason, but I installed the shield on my 01 XJ and it fits really well. Time will tell whether it helps with heat soak, but it seems like a decent enough product.

Arrived in perfect condition! Very happy with this product!
I did not want to remove a bunch of items to get this installed. So, I cut it right down the middle width wise, leaving me with 2 half pieces.I was then able to guide them in place using as little effort as possible, as not to damage them. Worked out very well, installing the first half closest to the back first, then the one closest to the front. I only moved/removed items that would impede my installation method.

Good fit
Fit my 01 XJ almost perfect. Had to cut a small notch around the cable bracket to fit but no big deal. Arrived in perfect condition!

Well Needed Part For Wranglers
This fits perfectly and has seemed to fix my heat soak issue in my 4.0L 1999 Jeep Wrangler. I also installed fuel injector insulator sleeves recommended by a service bulletin as well was insulated the fuel rail. A heads up, this part is a bit fragile so careful handling is recommended
