I thought this was super cute. But what I think and the bird brain think is apparently different. My cockatiel is not very interested in it. The only time he goes in is if I put hay or food in it. Otherwise he sleeps on his rope bridge. I have the 5 stars cause it is cute and well made. I do wish the inside bed lining came apart from the cardboard so you can wash it but the tent itself is washable. I got the large and it takes up the whole top curved area of the cage. But perfect size for a cockatiel

This bird house has last the longest out of any our bird Jasper has had. We did have to take out the board on the inside as his feet got stuck in it once he destroyed it and did duck tape a card board piece to the bottom for sturdiness but no other house with or without duck tape has made it this long. Best part, he loves it. He is a hardline parrot so medium size bird and the large house was perfect.

The tent itself is cute as heck, but the mat part has this black material that smells horribly of petroleum or some kind of manufacture product. No bird can go inside!!!! The inside mat I had to cut open and remove the smelly unidentifiable material and will have to sew back up. It is currently soaking in the sink with dawn dish soap and I’m hoping I can remove the smell or I will have to return. Wanted to use right away because it is so stinking cute and I know my birb will love it!

This is SUPER cute. It looks just like a small tent. That said, it is HUGE for our conure. We keep it outside his cage (which isn't particularly small either) because if it were inside his cage it would take up too much space and would not give him enough room to easily move around. Unfortunately he hasn't really taken to it because he prefers enclosures with two exits but we find it cute to look at and hope as his anxiety decreases that maybe he will take a liking to this.

Now I’m just irritated, bought the size medium, it was too small. Purchased the large because that’s what we have done before (I hit medium by accident) and now it arrived without the base, which is the whole reason I bought a new one to begin with...seriously. So frustrated on top of it it LOOKS terrible and super skinny, I want my money back, I’ll show pictures of previous item purchased compared to this one.

I have purchased two of these now over the last 6 months and my two young Caique parrots just love them. They bring toys into them and lay on their back playing. I do though have to hang as close to the side of the cage to secure to the wall of the cage on one corner to keep it sturdy. My two birds don’t like the tent moving all over and being unsteady. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t easy for my birds to pull the plastic frame apart but I understand it’s used for easy cleaning.

High quality and actually larger than I had expected. Very easy to set up with little assembly. Plush on the inside, it’s strong but soft canvas-like material on the outside. Loved by Bella the lovebird!

The reason I rated this two stars was I opened the package and the first thing that hit my nostrils Mack truck style was the overwhelming aroma of what smelled like old/stale cigarette smoke. I put it out in the sun for a few days and the smell aired out, but first impressions have left me a bit sketched out. Otherwise this would have been a great item for my bird. The large is big enough to accommodate two birds green cheek conure sized. Came with a cloth covered, firm insert for the bottom. Seams appear to be done well. No loose threads or fabric and frame is solid.
