Great item

The initially delivered earbud set had the right channel much softer than the left. There was an info card in the package with a customer service line. I called during the advertised hours and immediately got a friendly rep, who acknowledged they had gotten a bad shipment in the supply chain. He promptly sent out a replacement set at no charge, plus an extra for my trouble. The delay getting a good set wasn't a big deal to me, though your mileage may vary. For such a low price, I find these to be good performers deserving of the AKG badge. There's air and detail in the sound, and with the ear tips there's pretty decent isolation from ambient noise; the buds are fitted with medium tips, but small and large tips are included. Trying with classic rock, folk, orchestra, choral, and some other genres, I find them a pleasure to listen with. With laptop and iPad playback, there's not really strong bass, but the coherence of the sound still lays down a decent groove.

I found an original pair someone lost on the street, and I liked the sound. When they broke, I bought these and was amazed that I got these for only $13 when the retail price is $99, which is honestly way overpriced. I have owned and/or used several pairs of AKG's including K142, K701 and Q701. I have also used Fostex TH-X00. As you can see, I have some experience with quality headphones, so my thoughts may be of use to some of you out there. Now that that's out of the way, these are most likely real. If you get a broken or bad pair, return them and reorder. Also, please realize that these rely on a good seal to sound good, so you should use the medium tips, which are already on them out of the package. They seal the best for most people, and make them sound quite good. I strongly recommend these as a daily travel headphone.

My Samsung Galaxy S8 came with these and they have amazing sound quality but dont last very long as the connector can bend causing in my case a loss of sound in the left ear bud unless I apply some pressure to the connector. This is what happened to the pair that came with my phone and sadly after maybe a month or so after ordering these they suffered the same fate. But the sound quality of these earbuds are amazing and the material feels great. Maybe I'm just a little rough with these earbuds but I highly recommend them though I'd be careful with that connector.

My current phone is Samsung Galaxy S8+ and the earbud is from S3 (Yes I know). So it is time to get a new one. This one does what I need, no fancy feature or controls, great quality, decent length and you just cannot beat the price. One thing I think the wired earphone over Bluetooth is you don't have to pair, as I have many laptops, tablet, one bluetooth earphone just won't do it. In this case this one does a great job, just plug in and that is it. Great for primary use or a backup one at home or in car.

These were lost in shipping but the seller was very accommodating and worked with me to solve the issue with courtesy and consideration. Things happen, it's how they are handled that determines the true value of a company, and this seller was wonderful. I can't recommend them highly enough. I also like the headphones; I have several sets. I mostly listen to videos and NPR on them so I can't speak to quality for listening to music, but they work for my purposes. I wish they were a little better at noise cancellation sometimes, but that's not usually a big deal for me. They are comfortable to wear and fit nicely in my ears.

First the packaging for these should have made me return the earphones as soon as I received them, they were in a plastic bag and mailed in an envelope, one that I didn't even noticed at first. But when I opened the envelope and saw the earphone was just in a plain, small, ziplock bag, I should have known. These were to be my backup earphones, so I didn't follow my instinct and check them out. I was very busy and simply forgot. Well I decided to used them this past weekend and I could hear nothing from them, and neither could anyone that I attempted to speak with. To say the least, it has a very daunting and terrible experience. Of course, I purchased these on sale, therefore, not expecting the seller to replace such inexpensive earphone and also, no warranty listed for them. There is absolutely no noise cancelling ability on these earphones whatsoever, none. I say that because when I tried to use them inside an apartment with only the balcony door open, I could hear everything from the street and nothing from the person whom I was in a conversation with on the phone. I had to close the door to the balcony, and the apartment was not by the road, but a distance from it. They are also not comfortable and do not sit well in the ear. Overall, these are very poorly made and would recommend spending a few dollars more to get a decent pair if earphones.

I bought these, because I liked the set that came with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and wanted the same set. I opened it and was thrilled with all the different ear pieces that came along with it. When I used them for the first time, I put them on and the right side didn't work. I moved the cords around a bit and it started to come in and out. The same thing happened to my previous pair, but that was after having them for 2 years and being left everywhere. Can't return them, so looks like I'm still looking for a quality pair of headphones.

Overall the audio quality is pretty good in comparison to my Headphones ($249 USD), only thing it isn't too great at, is that the vocals are a bit high, or sound "tinny" like metal. These fit quite comfortably, without falling out, which not many "InEar Headphones" do for me. Overall, for the price, if you're in need for decent audio quality for cheap, this is definitely a go-to. I highly suggest if you're mainly going to use it for Music as that's what it does best overall
