I bought this for my lower back issues, and it has been incredibly helpful for computer work. Since I use a standard dining chair for my desk setup, this half-size cushion works much better than a full-length one. It fits perfectly against my lower back and tailbone area, keeping my hips securely in place. It provides the exact support I need to sit comfortably in front of the computer for long periods. At first, this lumbar support pillow worked very well. The back support itself is firm and comfortable, and in the beginning the elastic straps held it securely in place on my chair, exactly where it was supposed to sit. Unfortunately, after a relatively short period of normal use, the elastic straps started to stretch out. Once that happened, the pillow no longer stayed in position and slowly slid down, which made the lumbar support far less effective. I always used it as instructed and never for excessive hours every day, so this wasn’t due to misuse. The pillow itself seems well made, but the durability of the elastic straps is a real weakness. I’m sharing this to let potential buyers know that while the support feels great at first, the long-term performance may be disappointing if the straps lose their tension. If you’re looking for something that will hold firmly in place over time, this is definitely something to consider before purchasing.

Both of us in our household think these are the best lumbar support pillows we've found. They are adjustable due to long straps and their cushioning is supportive yet soft. We've tried several others, but these are the best. We have them on office chairs, dining chairs, and even reading room recliners. The only down side to buying one now is the tariff and shipping price increases. Still worth it for us.

Souffrant de deux hernies discales au niveau des lombaires j'étais très exigeant concernant le soutien et le confort... sur ce point le coussin remplit parfaitement sa fonction mais même si elle semble de bonne qualité je m'interroge sur la "soi-disant" mousse à mémoire de forme. Je ne suis pas expert en la matière donc je ne vais rien affirmer à propos de sa composition mais je trouve que celle-ci reprend bien vite sa forme (presque instantanément) en comparaison à celle d'un oreiller ergonomique...donc ne vous fiez pas à la photo qui montre l'empreinte d'une main car elle est mensongère. Malgré ça je suis très satisfait de mon achat car la densité de la mousse (ni trop ferme, ni trop souple) est parfaite pour soutenir correctement et confortablement mes lombaires... et finalement c'est tout ce que je lui demande.

Not up to my expectations....foam is hard.....difficult to stay upright for long duration.....back felt sore after long sitting while working on desk....thts exactly what I wanted relief from....an expensive product which doesn't do as advertised....took 18 days for delivery n detailed updates came only when i pushed the seller...best avoided.
