Bin the smart watch.
Gives you all the benefits of fitness tracking without having to wear a tacky smart watch. I've not used Fitbit before, but have heard from other users that the app isn't great since Google bought them out. They have at least (in the last few weeks) added the option for custom foods for calorie tracking. Thankfully the Google Health app can ingest data from elsewhere, including my preferred calorie logging app - Samsung Health. So, the Google part can just be used for checking rather than inputting. Setup was simple, it just requires you to keep your phone near the device for a while. As for usage - once set up it just does its thing and you get all the typical metrics you'd see from most fitness apps. Activity logging seems good, but don't expect speedy live data beyond steps and heartbeat. This isn't for people who absolutely cannot perform any movement without constant telemetry. Last week I went on a casual 3 mile walk (roughly an hour). I didn't get the notification of my "workout" until 15 minutes after I got home. The data is there and it is tracking, but it isn't in a hurry to make that known. This can be slightly annoying as the steps are all shown, but it won't show specific activities until you get notified and perform a sync. You can of course get round this by manually triggering workouts in the app. Fine if you just want basic activity tracking. The 5 day battery life means you don't have to think about the device too much.

Brilliant for the price, does everything you could want!
A really great fitness tracker. It’s great not to have to think about charging very often (an hour every ten days). Unlike the whoop it’s thin so definitely easier to wear continuously, I barely notice I’m wearing it to be honest. The app is good, the included three month trial of Google Health Premium is a nice thing to try out but I’m not going to continue that afterwards as I don’t need the AI coaching, that said, it’s very good at what it does and can help you with everything from food to gym routines. For the price, it’s well worth buying if you want to track everything without the screen or ridiculous subscription of the Whoop strap.

Perfect wear and forget about tracker.
This is exactly what I was hoping for. Light weight, put it on and forget about it. Long battery life so no need for daily charging and the metrics seem accurate after a day of testing. For me there is only one negative of the design and that is the haptic motor. As the design is so small this means the motor is also so small. So the vibrate alarm is VERY gentle. If you are planning to use this to wake you from sleep. You may find it lacking. Other than that. It’s perfect for what it is. *Update* after using it all week, it hasn’t once failed to wake me from sleep with its soft vibration.

Device good, app weak.
TLDR : Device is great, app is weak and app is where screen less trackers need to focus at. Hopefully it’ll be improved and made better over time. First impressions: Very compact device Battery seems to be on track for advertised 7 days Supplied band is decent Setup process is good App is the main let down The reason for 4 stars is the app, feels a bit of a mess. The premium features - trial version are a bit pointless too I think. Once trial expires I’ll be out. Workout screens / info also have some work to do, during workout the info is extremely minimal, after the workout certain areas are lacking. For example 30 minute strength workout says 11 mins but total 30? Why, because 11 was spent in higher heart rate zone. I think it’ll get refined and better over time but for now be aware that the app is the weak point. The device it self is good and good value for what it is, especially compared to whoop and so on. Update after a month : Returned, the device randomly started switching off while battery was just charged so not that, it would die and not come back until plugged in. It’d go a whole day before noticing. May have been my unit, don’t know. Returned as faulty.

Needs improvement
Had the product since launch and here is my review after about 3 weeks of wearing this thing pretty much continuously The band looks good and is mostly comfortable to wear, but it is quite fiddly to put on, but when on it is secure. The material is supposedly waterproof. I have tried showering with the band on and it takes a long time to dry Battery life seems to be on par with what is advertised around 6-7 days and it charges quick with an apple 20 watt charger Now lets talk about the app I think it needs to be redesigned with bigger and more customisable stats/data, for example I want to see heart rate way bigger than what is shown in the current version of the app and you should be able to drag and drop It also needs to be simplified overall, just way too much going on, quite overwhelming. I would prefer a more graphical interface with more charts with less text, speaking of, there is too much text and ai slop that repeats itself, personally I don’t find it particularly helpful. Be careful what you discuss with it because like an elephant, it never forgets The sleep tracking seems all over the place sometimes saying that I had barely any rem sleep but I can remember dreaming, and personally I find it quite uncomfortable to wear to bed, something about it makes by wrist itchy and inflamed The readiness score seems to be completely arbitrary too Overall I find wearing the device adds unnecessary anxiety to my life and going forward, I will probably only wear it when working out to track heart rate, steps and calories.

Great.
I like the air. I wear an ordinary watch so the air is perfect for me. It works very well and monitors everything as a smart watch does but without a screen. You don’t need to pay for the premium, the free version is perfect.

Good affordable upgrade
Been using it for 8 days now , light on wrist and very comfortable. Sleep data is accurate and insightful, identifying naps in an amazing way and much better than other sport watches. Good choice if you are looking for an affordable reliable upgrade to your sport watch.

Wozu also wieder Geld ausgeben?

Superbe produit, efficace surtout !
