Great steampunk/Goth accessory
I bought this umbrella as an accessory for steampunk and Goth weekends. I haven't had to use it as an umbrella yet, but it works very well as a parasol. I've even had someone take a photo of me using it as a parasol, so it obviously looks the part. I'll downgrade this review if I find that it doesn't provide adequate rain protection.

Dangerously Flimsy
The second time I used this umbrella I was 2 minutes from my house when the wind tore it in half like tinfoil, and the upper half smashed into my face.
